You'll be pedalling to see a Great Apes Film Inititative http://www.gafi4apes.org Pedal Power Cinema Exclusive preview of the multimillion dollar Last of the Great Apes (due for 3d release in cinemas) contrasting with a zero budget handheld NGO film of a bonobo rescue

Followed by question and answer session with those involved in the making of the films

Ian Redmond OBE, Ape Alliance Chairman

Ian Redmond is a tropical field biologist and conservationist, renowned for his work with great apes and elephants. For more than 35 years he has been associated with Mountain Gorillas, through research, filming, tourism and conservation work.

Madelaine Westwood, Director of the Great Apes Film Initiative

GAFI is non profit organisation which uses the power of film and the media in service of conservation. Madelaine is also the owner and producer at Nutshell Productions, the wildlife and conservation production company.

Adrian Cale, Pupfish Productions

Adrian Cale is Producer/Director and Cameraman who specialises in making wildlife documentaries. He runs Pupfish Productions, an independent production resource developing natural history content for broadcast either independently or in collaboration.
